Den 29. og 30. december passede jeg vinmandstjansen i Bilka. Det var to travle og festlige dage - og jeg tog forskud på nytåret og mødte på arbejdet i smoking lørdag...

Jeg mødte mange kunder - både gode, gamle og nye - og det blev til en masse god vinsnak og både traditionelle og mere kreative bud på god vin til nytårsmenuen, der så vidt jeg kan vurdere står på oksemørbrad hos det meste af familien Danmark...
